With the National Convention for a better access to care, last March, the ISNAR-IMG confirmed a reflection engaged in the organization of the offer of care in the territories. [...] This is a major concern for us; regularly, the specter of coercion is agitated. As we know, this is a false answer, a demagogic response intended for a public anxious about the departure of retired general practitioners. But the problem is much broader, bold proposals could be advanced during this convention. Young people are full of ideas, and the organization of the offer of care can not be reinvented without consultation of the new generation. Aware of our responsibilities, we want to dream our practices tomorrow.
