In light of the global COVID-19 pandemic and its extensive worldwide impact, the EBMT Board has made the decision to hold the 46th EBMT Annual Meeting (EBMT 2020) as a virtual edition, which will take place from Saturday 29th August to Tuesday 1st September, 2020. The decision to not hold an in-person meeting was taken with the health and safety of our members and attendees, as well as the patients and communities that they serve, as the primary concern of EBMT. Despite the ongoing pandemic, and the challenges we are facing in its wake, our objective remains unchanged, and that is to share leading cutting-edge science, to provide the highest quality education and to provide a platform for which our community can interact with each other, both on the live days of the virtual event and beyond. EBMT 2020 virtual meeting will be hosted on an innovative virtual conferencing platform, which will include such highlighted features as:

Interactive, virtual sessions with contributions from invited speakers, which can be viewed on the live dates and for 2 months afterwards
E-poster gallery, highlighting all the accepted abstracts of EBMT 2020
Virtual exhibition, for delegates to visit on the live event days, and beyond
Networking opportunities – 1-1 or group chats, video calls and ability to schedule meetings with other congress delegates
