As it has been every year for the past 135 years, the CPNLF Association is organizing its International Conference, one of the oldest and most prestigious congresses in French-speaking psychiatry, in a city in France or within the Francophone community worldwide. This year, the host city will be Marseille, with its 26 centuries of history, welcoming healthcare professionals in fields such as psychiatry, neurology, psychopharmacology, addiction studies, and neuroscience—just to name a few key specialties in the management of mental health disorders.

One of the unique features of this conference is its ability to bring together psychiatrists and neurologists, as well as addiction specialists and pharmacologists, whose clinical and therapeutic collaborations are essential in providing the best possible care for patients suffering from mental health disorders. Other key mental health professionals are also warmly invited to attend, including healthcare managers, nurses, psychomotor therapists, speech therapists, occupational therapists, social workers, special educators, and care assistants.

The CPNLF Association offers an innovative and original approach by allowing attendees to explore the program through thematic pathways.

The focus on care pathways addresses the necessary evolution of the healthcare system. Care pathways and life journeys often overlap over extended periods. These challenges require the participation and involvement of patients, their families, and the effective, coordinated intervention of healthcare professionals, medico-social and social services, local authorities, other state services, and social protection organizations at the right time.
