It is their great pleasure to bring the 2023 Winter Meeting to you in collaboration with the Socieda de Portuguesa Oftalmologia (SPO) and the Portuguese Groups of Cataract and Refractive Surgery, Ocular Surface, Cornea and Contactology (CIRP).
Following the tradition of the ESCRS, the Winter Meeting takes place in a special setting, allowing a unique combination of attending a high-level programme whilst making most of the warm welcome of the host destination, Portugal.
The congress format for Vilamoura is planned to be fully face-to-face, with no virtual access.
